Digital product licence

Effective 13 August 2026. This policy applies to the Taatuf Studio website and direct store.

Unless the listing or included licence clearly states otherwise, a completed purchase grants one purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the product personally or within the purchaser's own business. Ownership is not transferred.

Permitted use

• Install, open, and customize the product for your own permitted personal or internal business use.
• Use generated records or outputs in your own work.
• Make reasonable backup copies for the licensed purchaser or internal team.
• Allow employees or contractors to operate the product solely for the purchaser's internal work.

Prohibited use

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload, or give the source product or access link to another party.
• Offer the product, a lightly modified copy, or extracted assets as a competing template, tool, download, or service.
• Remove ownership or licence notices, falsely claim authorship, or register conflicting intellectual-property rights.
• Use the product to violate law, privacy, security, or third-party rights.

Client work and team use

The default licence does not permit transferring an editable product to a client or unrelated business. Each separate business that receives or controls the product requires its own licence unless the listing expressly includes client, commercial redistribution, or extended rights.

Termination

The licence ends if you materially breach it and fail to remedy the breach where remedy is possible. On termination, stop using and delete unauthorized copies. Product-specific and third-party licence terms take priority for the components they cover.
