Refund, cancellation and withdrawal policy

Effective 13 August 2026. This policy applies to the Taatuf Studio website and direct store.

Products are digital and delivered electronically. Paddle is the authorised reseller and merchant of record for direct purchases. Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy apply to payment, cancellation, and refund handling, together with this product policy and any mandatory consumer law.

Before downloading

Consumers who have a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right may request it within the applicable period. For EU/EEA and UK consumers this is generally 14 days. When you expressly request immediate digital delivery and begin downloading, streaming, using, or benefiting from the product, you may lose that withdrawal right to the extent permitted by law.

When we will investigate and remedy a problem

• You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
• The purchased file cannot be accessed or is corrupted.
• The supplied product is materially different from its description.
• The product has a material defect that we cannot repair within a reasonable time.
• The wrong product was delivered.

We may first restore access, provide the correct file, repair the product, or offer a replacement where appropriate.

Change-of-mind requests

Unless mandatory law says otherwise, digital transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after access or download has begun. A request is not automatically approved merely because it is submitted within 14 days. Nothing in this policy limits rights for products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for a legally guaranteed purpose.

How to request support or a refund

Contact support@taatufstudio.com or use Paddle Buyer Support. Include your purchase email, Paddle transaction or order reference, product name, and a concise description. Never send full card details or passwords.

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider. Fraud, refund abuse, or chargeback abuse may lead to refusal or suspension of access, subject to applicable law.
