Store terms and conditions

Effective 13 August 2026. This policy applies to the Taatuf Studio website and direct store.

These terms form the supplier agreement between you and Taatuf Studio, an online digital-product business operated from Pakistan. By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms, the applicable product listing, the digital-product licence, and the refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights prevail where they cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products and contract

We sell downloadable files, templates, offline browser applications, and related documentation. Product pages describe the format, compatibility, inclusions, limitations, licence, and delivery method. You are responsible for confirming suitability and providing an accurate email address before purchase.

For direct checkout, Paddle is the authorised reseller and merchant of record. Your payment transaction is with Paddle under its buyer terms; Taatuf Studio remains the product supplier and licensor. A purchase is accepted only after payment verification and successful order creation. We may refuse or cancel an order affected by pricing error, fraud, sanctions, payment failure, or unavailable delivery, with any required refund handled by Paddle.

Prices, currency, taxes, and receipts

Store prices may be displayed in USD for reference. Paddle presents the authoritative checkout currency, taxes, available payment methods, and final total before payment. Paddle charges the selected payment method and issues the receipt or invoice. Prices and products may change prospectively without affecting completed purchases.

Digital delivery and accounts

Delivery is electronic to the checkout email after verified payment. Access links are personal, expiring, and may have reasonable download limits. You must keep them confidential. An account is optional unless a product explicitly states otherwise; eligible purchases may later be linked only to the same verified email identity.

Acceptable use

• Do not share, resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute product files or access links.
• Do not bypass access controls, probe another customer's data, introduce malware, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use products unlawfully or represent the underlying product as your own creation.
• Keep your devices, backups, email account, and any optional account credentials secure.

Intellectual property and third-party components

Taatuf Studio and its licensors retain ownership of the products, website, branding, and documentation. Purchase grants only the rights in the applicable licence. Open-source or third-party components remain governed by their own notices and licences.

Support, availability, and changes

We provide reasonable support for access and material product defects. Offline products normally store data on the buyer's device; the buyer is responsible for backups unless the listing says otherwise. We may update, replace, or retire website features, but completed product rights and mandatory legal obligations remain unaffected.

Disclaimers and liability

Products are general productivity tools, not legal, medical, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data caused by misuse, incompatible systems, or failure to maintain backups. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies.

Suspension, governing law, and disputes

We may suspend access for material licence breach, fraud, abusive chargebacks, or security threats, subject to applicable law. These supplier terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Paddle's separate buyer terms govern the payment transaction and specify its applicable dispute rules.
